All space only stands must have completed construction by 12:00 hrs on Tuesday 4 June.

Wednesday 5 June 2024 *10:00 – 20:00 (Networking Party: 19:00 – 23:30)

Thursday 6 June 2024 08:30 – 16:30

*Exhibitor early access from 09:00 am

Thursday 6 June 2024 17:00 – 19:00 (All Stands); 19:00 – 22:00 (Space Only Stands)

Friday 7 June 2024 08:30 - 12:00 (Space Only Stands)

It is a contractual requirement that your stand is not dismantled in any way or products removed and remains manned until the show closes at 17:00. Contractors will only be granted access to the hall once it is clear of all visitors.

Arrival deadline for Roadfreight: 3 working days before start of the build-up period.

Arrival deadline for Airfreight: 5 working days before the build-up of the show.

Arrival deadline for Seafreight: 10 working days before start of the build-up period.
