Tuesday 21 May 2024 15:00 - 17:00 (Decoration of stands by exhibitors)

The stands will be constructed by our stand builder on 21 May and they will be ready for you to do the final preparations at 15:00. For safety reasons, access to exhibitors will not be granted before this time. Before starting the decoration of your stand, you should report to the Registration Desk to receive any move-in instructions.

For safety reasons, breakdown cannot commence before the official end of the exhibition (Friday 24 May at 15:00, after the lunch break).

Removal of all goods and stand build materials and collection of material from stands by your appointed company cannot commence before the dismantling time.

Exhibitors must ensure that any return shipments are clearly labelled (including contact details & shipment destination) and ready for collection from their stands.

Any items left uncollected after 16:30 hrs on Friday 24 May will be removed and discarded.

Order deadline: 10 working days before the start of the actual work.

Arrival deadline for Roadfreight: 3 working days before start of the build-up period.

Arrival deadline for Airfreight: 5 working days before the build-up of the show.

Arrival deadline for Seafreight: 10 working days before start of the build-up period.
