During the construction build up we will provide a schedule for the build, there is limited entrance access, and this can’t be blocked the all-time. The construction will be scheduled between 08:00 - 20.00 on Monday 22 September.

Before starting the installation of your booth, you should report to the Registration Desk to receive move-in instructions. The Exhibition Management unfortunately cannot provide move-in assistance.

Tuesday, September 23 12.00 - 18:00 hrs.

Wednesday, September 24 08.00 - 18:00 hrs.

Thursday, September 25 08.00 - 18:00 hrs.

Friday, September 26 08.00 - 13:30 hrs.

Kindly note 30 minutes before the start of the programme until 30 minutes after the final session you may enter your stand. Please check at the Registration Desk for the final program.

Friday, September 26 13.30 – 20:00 hrs.

For safety reasons, breakdown cannot commence before the official end of the exhibition (Friday, September 26, 2025 at 13.30 hrs, after the final session) and until all visitors have left the exhibition floor spaces.

Removal of all goods and stand build materials and collection of material from stands by your appointed company cannot commence before the dismantling time. 

Exhibitors must ensure that any return shipments are clearly labelled (including contact details & shipment destination) and ready for collection from their stands. 

Any items left uncollected after 20:00 hrs on Friday 26 September will be removed and discarded.

Due to strict guidelines on customs clearance, we suggest starting your shipping process as early as possible.

The deadline for final, checked, and correct documents is the same for everyone, even when you arrange shipping to our Istanbul warehouse yourself.

Any shipments send without prior checking can get delayed.

Shipping rates

Shipping tariff: 

Consolidation service – exhibits, all to return

From arrival our NL warehouse up to delivery booth and return pick-up

Including customs formalities and transport back to our warehouse

EUR 600 per CBM

This rate is valid for shipments that travel in our consolidated service which starts from our warehouse in NL and also need to return back to your premises after the event.

Airfreight service (promotional materials and give aways) One Way

From arrival our NL warehouse up to delivery booth 

Including customs formalities for promotional material and give aways

EUR 17,5 per kg CW

1 CBM = 167 kg

Customs inspection charges, if applicable

EUR 450 per shipment

Excluding duties and vat, charges per outlay +10% with a minimum of EUR 50

This rate is valid for shipments that do not need to return.

The cargo needs to get delivered to our warehouse in NL and will be shipped via airfreight to the booth.

From free arrival Istanbul warehouse, customs and delivery up to booth

EUR 1500 basic fee

Booth delivery EUR 75 per CBM

10% Bond Fee of CIF Value

This rate is valid for sponsors that arrange their own shipping to TR.
It is valid from arrival our Istanbul warehouse.

All shipping costs prior to arrival are for the shipper.

From here, we ensure customs clearance and delivery to booth, both for returning and non-returning items.

From booth up to warehouse including customs export

EUR 1500 basic fee

Pick-up from booth EUR 75 per CBM

This rate is valid for sponsors that arrange their own export shipping TR.
It is valid from booth back to our Istanbul warehouse.

All shipping costs after loading the consignee.

We collect the cargo from the booth, transfer to our warehouse and raise 1x export document per shipment.
