During the construction build up we will provide a schedule for the build, there is limited entrance access, and this can’t be blocked the all-time. The construction will be scheduled between 08:00 - 20.00 on Monday 5 October.

Before starting the installation of your booth, you should report to the Registration Desk to receive move-in instructions. The Exhibition Management unfortunately cannot provide move-in assistance.

Tuesday, October 6 12.00 - 18:00 hrs.

Wednesday, October 7 08.00 - 18:00 hrs.

Thursday, October 8 08.00 - 18:00 hrs.

Friday, October 9 08.00 - 13:30 hrs.

Kindly note 30 minutes before the start of the programme until 30 minutes after the final session you may enter your stand. Please check at the Registration Desk for the final program.

Friday, October 9 13.30 – 20:00 hrs.

For safety reasons, breakdown cannot commence before the official end of the exhibition (Friday, October 9, 2026, at 13.30 hrs, after the final session) and until all visitors have left the exhibition floor spaces.

Removal of all goods and stand build materials and collection of material from stands by your appointed company cannot commence before the dismantling time. 

Exhibitors must ensure that any return shipments are clearly labelled (including contact details & shipment destination) and ready for collection from their stands. 

Any items left uncollected after 20:00 hrs on Friday 9 October will be removed and discarded.
