    Shipments need to be pre-adviced and delivery dates are approved as per our schedule.

    Any customs documents need to be pre-adviced latest 24 hours before arrival.

  • For multiple imports, please ensure that each import is accompanied by separate HAWB/HBL.

    Example:

    1x permanent import 1x temporary import, 1x import on buyer, 1x ATA carnet = 4x HAWB/HBL.

    If there are multiple ATA Carnets, please issue a HAWB/HBL per ATA carnet.

    If there are multiple buyers, please issue a HAWB per buyer, consigned on the buyer.

  • Documents such as ATA carnets which are not yet subject to e-ATA should be sent to the following address:

How To Pay

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer in the currencies EUR, USD and GBP.

  • We accept payments by the following methods:

    • American Express

    • MasterCard

    • Visa

    We send a payment link via the online platform Mollie. Todays takes the responsibility for data protection very seriously and all credit card payments will be made securely online. We charge 5% payment fee per payment.

    If you would like to pay by credit card, please send an email request to edgar@todayslogistics.nl and you will receive a payment link by return.

  • If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please refer to our bank account details below. We recommend bank wire transfers for payments exceeding EUR 2.500. Transfers must be addressed to the entity Todays Value Added Logistics BV.

Payments to other bank accounts or via other payment methods are not accepted and not processed financially.

This means that invoices from us remain outstanding.
