Saturday 17 May              During congress hours from 08:30 – 13:00 hrs (end time of congress)

Exhibitors are responsible for their own equipment and for clearing the stand area of all their belongings. All equipment/packing materials belonging to exhibitors must be dismantled, packed and shipped out of the area before 19:00 hrs. on Saturday 17 May.

* The Congress ends at 13:00 hrs. Please wait until all participants have left the meeting room and the exhibition area.

Earlier move-out or break-down is only permitted in consultation with the Organisers, please inform them well in advance.
