Exhibition dates and hours

      Wednesday 14 May: 08:00 – 17:00 hrs

    • Table tops:

      Wednesday 14 May: 14:00 – 17:00 hrs

  • Wednesday 14 May        During the Welcome Reception from 18:30 – 19:30 hrs

    Thursday 15 May             During congress hours from 09:00 – 18:00 hrs

    Friday 16 May                   During congress hours from 08:30 – 18:00 hrs

    Saturday 17 May              During congress hours from 08:30 – 13:00 hrs (end time of congress)

  • Exhibitors are responsible for their own equipment and for clearing the stand area of all their belongings. All equipment/packing materials belonging to exhibitors must be dismantled, packed and shipped out of the area before 19:00 hrs. on Saturday 17 May.

    * The Congress ends at 13:00 hrs. Please wait until all participants have left the meeting room and the exhibition area.

     

    Earlier move-out or break-down is only permitted in consultation with the Organisers, please inform them well in advance.

    Arrival deadline for Roadfreight: 3 working days before start of the build-up period.

    Arrival deadline for Airfreight: 5 working days before the build-up of the show.

    Arrival deadline for Seafreight: 10 working days before start of the build-up period.

    Direct deliveries are not possible!
